This series is designed for acroyogis in the Beginner Plus to lower Intermediate Level - you already know quite a few static postures, can do first transitions and are now curious to learn more flows, washings machines and one or the other pop :)
Mid July to the first week of September - book the full series (8x), July (3x) or August (5x) only or individual drop-ins.
This summer course will cover material that takes you step by step beyond the Beginner Level towards Intermediate.
Expect refining your basics, adding new poses and linking them into fun flows with some spins and the occasional pop - come by to learn new moves and how to link familiar poses into fun sequences with different entries and exits :)
Level: Beginner Plus to Intermediate. Options will be available to make certain transitions easier or harder
It is perfect for you if you've already had around 6-12 acroyoga lessons (or equivalent experience), know basic static postures as well as first transitions and are curious to further explore the world of flows and washing machines.
Check out the pre-requisites below and contact us if you have any questions about the level.

Each class includes a warm up, introduction of new postures, time to revisit and practice previous ones and explanations on how to link them in flows.
There will also be an optional WhatsApp group to share questions and get feedback about your practice during the week.
Places for the course are limited to guarantee a personal and guided experience.

When registering, you will be asked how you found us. If it was through our homepage or Social Media, please choose "through channels of Acroyoga Vienna" (NOT through Eversports). Thank you! :)
We believe lack of money should not keep you from doing the things you love. If you're struggling financially but really want to learn acroyoga, contact us and we will find a way so you can join.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions with an email to acroyoga.vienna@gmail.com - but maybe they are already answered in the FAQs below :)
We're looking forward to getting to know you and move together!

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do I need a partner to join?
A: No. In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come as a couple it is not necessary to be paired up in advance.
Q: I have a partner and I want to only train with my partner. Is this possible?
A: Yes, however you will need to team up with at least a third person for spotting and do acroyoga with this person. Alternatively you can team up with another couple in a team of 4 people, and then you would only need to spot the other 2 people. You can always choose to stay with your partner when we suggest to mix up groups.
If this doesn’t work for you, we also offer private classes which is like a coaching for just you and your partner.
Q: I have never done acroyoga before, but I am very sporty. Can I still join Beginner Plus?
A: Generally, we recommend starting with Level 1 (which in the summer will be on Wednesdays 19:00-20:30) but depending on your background it can be possible to start with Level 2. Please send us a quick email describing your experience and we can tell you if it makes sense :)
Q: I cannot make it to the whole series. Can I catch up on some of the missed classes?
A: Yes. If we know about the absence beforehand, you can take up another of the drop-in classes (60 minutes) that we offer (Handstands, Acroyoga Open Level, Yoga) in exchange for the missed class. Please tell us which class you want to take as follow-up so we can tell you if there is space.
Important: you can’t take up the missed class in the next class series. Please make sure to use up your “left-over class” in the same course cycle (in this case until the first week of September 2025).
