Do you want to achieve longer balance in your handstand? Whether you’re currently at less than 5 seconds or almost at one minute, this workshop looks at the tools necessary to cultivate longer holds.
Sebastian will share his personal roadmap that led him to achieve his first one minute handstand hold. He will focus on…
conditioning for the body (strengthening as well as flexibility)
meditation tools and visualization
endurance exercises
personal feedback of your individual practice, like balance, your line, use of your shoulders & fingers, your gaze and breathing.
The workshop is multilevel.
This means you don’t need to be able to already balance freely, if you can kick-up against the wall and hold for 10 seconds you are very welcome to join.
Those who can already balance freely for up to 45 seconds will receive the tools to increase their endurance and intelligently adapt their training to eventually hit one minute.
Places are limited to 16 participants to ensure a personal experience.

About Sebastian:
I’m Chilean and have been living in Vienna for two years. I love training, and for the past two years, I’ve dedicated myself exclusively to practicing handstands. Before that, I taught calisthenics in a gym and also practiced Ashtanga yoga for several years. That’s why my teaching philosophy is a mix of explanation, practical exercises, useful tips and little bit of meditation.
I don’t consider myself naturally talented, but I am very consistent, and I believe that with time and discipline, anyone can reach their goals. In my classes, I always try to share my own experience and give my students the confidence they need to progress.
