Misko (Slovakia) & Mara (Netherlands) are coming to Vienna for an fun & creative acroyoga weekend. Combining power, elegance and technique they will share a wide variety of acroyoga skills with you.

The weekend will be a mix of flows and dynamics!

Mornings will be for dynamics and the afternoons for flows :) You can choose to join both, single days, or just one workshop.

Saturday Nov 7:

• 10:30-13:00: Dynamic 1: Reverse Tarzan & Back Whip-pops

  • pre-requisites: Reverse Tarzan - Back Whip

• 14:30-17:00: Flow 1: Liberty & Mono F2H flow

  • pre-requisites: 10 sec regular low f2h

Sunday Nov 8:

• 10:30-13:00: Dynamic 2: Cartwheel Pops

  • pre-requisites: Ninja Bat and experience with pops

• 14:30-17:00: Flow 2: Creative flow

  • pre-requisite: Ninja Bat & Four-step

Full weekend Early bird: 130€ (first 10 registrations until Oct 1)

Full weekend Regular: 160€

2 workshops: 90€ (45€ each)
