Still Waters: End of Year Yoga Retreat with Hannah & Alexis

An invitation to pause, reflect and integrate before the new year begins.

A journey within to cultivate clarity and restore energy for the transition into 2027.

A space to shape the vision for what’s to come.

The beginning of a new year is an auspicious time - and so is the last month of the “old” year.

December is when the symbolic doors of the current year gently close and often, it rushes past in the blink of an eye.

This 3-day-retreat is a call to slow down and use the magic of winter

to go inwards, contemplate and digest.

We designed this experience as an opportunity to integrate the past 12 months through movement, journaling and sound. A weekend that carves out time to take a break to realize, integrate and celebrate all the big and small things that happened in 2026 and open new perspectives for 2027.

Our days together start with yoga classes focused on breath, stability and fluidity and on Sunday we move through the ritual of 108 sun salutations together before closing with a sound bath.

We couple this with introspection through stillness, meditation and journaling to discover new angles and shape a clear vision of where you want to go. This is also the main focus of the workshop on Saturday, where you will be guided through a series of questions, exercises and creative tasks to reflect on your past year.

The evenings are reserved for soft movement and massage to calm your body and your mind. There is also a sauna and resting space to recharge in the evenings.

All classes are optional - you are warmly invited to join the whole program but can always take time to yourself if you feel the need.

Location: Seminarzentrum Der Baum
