Caspian & Laura from Bali are coming back to Vienna. After hosting their level 1 training 2 years in a row in 2024 & 2025, it’s time to bring their level 2 training to Vienna in 2026 🥳
LEVEL
The level 2 training lasts 8 days and is aimed at intermediate to advanced practicioners. It is perfect to clean up and improve your dynamic acroyoga skills like whips & icarians and add standing h2h to your acro repertoire, among other advanced skills.

PRE-REQS
Because of the higher level of the training there are clear pre-requisites to ensure the group can progress together and in safety:
To join this training you will be required to submit a video of the following pre-requisite skills:
4 Step Washing Machine
Reverse Star (any entry)
Open Throne to Front Plank (Throne to Bird) Icarian
L-base Foot to Hand (Low or Extended)
Standing Bird on Hands (High Bird)
Handstand Kick Up and hold for 10 secs (can use a wall for support)
Additionally, you must confirm that you are capable of performing the following skills (video submissions for these skills are NOT required):
Ninja Star Washing Machine
Two High (Standing on Shoulders)
Monkey Swings (Whip Progression)
For all of the pre-requisite skill submissions you can use a spotter for safety, but they cannot assist and help to make the skill or movement happen. We need to see that you are able to perform these skills by yourself.

Caspian & Laura offer 1 full scholarship place for each AcroSpirit Level 1 Training course that we run, and we occasionally offer a partial scholarship for each Level 2 Training course that we run.
