Join us on 2 acroyoga workshops to learn our signature heart opening flow.
This workshop series is open level, both beginners and intermediate practicioners are welcome. However this should not be your first acroyoga class :) If you have doubts about your level then please contact us.
We will have one standard (beginner) version and one more funky (intermediate) version of the flow.
You can join one or both workshops. We teach half of the flow in the first workshop and the second half in the second workshop.
When: Wednesday 7 and 14 December from 19h to 21h.
