So happy to announce this spontaneous workshop with acro travellers Andreea and Nick, known as @acroyoga.reality on Instagram :)
This will be a multi-level FLOW workshop with dynamic elements (different progressions).
The full flow will be intermediate-advanced level 🔥with options to adjust to beginner plus level :)
It’s not suitable for complete beginners, you should be able to do a side star and have tried first transitions.

Where? Augarten close to the Flakturm, exact pin coming. If it rains, the workshop will happen at the Acroyoga Vienna studio at Loquaiplatz 11, 1060 Vienna.
