Join the Pre-festival intensive with the Amazing Fra & Luigi from Sicily Acro!

They bring technique, flair and lots of fun into your AcroYoga game. Fra & Luigi are experienced teachers with a diverse skillset, making everything look easy and smooth.

The intensive is for intermediate and advanced practicioners and will focus on: dynamic flows, icarians, whips & whip-pops.

Pre-requisites to join:

• Experience in icarians (solid straight throws)

• Experience in whips (solid tarzan and backwhip)

Preliminary program (changes can apply):

Saturday 23 May

• 10:30-13:30: Dynamic flow 1 - a mix of cool entries, elegant transitions, whips, pops & icarians

• 13:30-15:00: lunch break

• 15:00-18:00: Dynamic flow 2 -a mix of cool entries, elegant transitions, whips, pops & icarians

Sunday 24 May

• 10:30-13:30: Whips & whip-pops

• 13:30-15:00: lunch break

• 15:00-18:00: Icarians
