Manas runs the ACT (Another Cool Transition) series, where he's dropped over 300 unique, wild transitions — all L-basing acro gold from creators around the world. Now he's teaming up with Conny to bring the most viral and eye-catching moves from the collection to life. Expect complicated, creative, and seriously fun stuff

⚠️ A few prereqs to make sure you get the most of the workshops:

You should be comfortable with Washing Machine: 4 steps, Ballerina, and Corkscrew — and able to do them with minimal spotting. If that's you, you're in!

🗓 The Lineup:

🌀 Workshop 1 — 10:30 to 13:00

We're diving into two transition categories:

• Pendulum — flyer hangs from the base's foot. Think Via Ferrata, Gran Turino etc.

• Ballerina — we're bringing you some quirky, challenging variations that'll make you fall in love with this move all over again.

🌀 Workshop 2 — 14:30 to 17:00

Two more categories to play with:

• Foot Slide — base foot slides across the flyer's body. We'll break down how to make it buttery smooth. (P.S. bring your socks for this one! 🧦)

• Twisty Transitions — a handpicked mix of twisty, spinny goodness that'll have both base and flyer exploring totally new ways to move.
