Join Hannah for an hour of rest, reflection, and release - once a month, we’re hosting this class which weaves together a meditative sound bath with guided journaling to help you slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with what’s ready to be acknowledged, expressed, or let go.
WHAT TO EXPECT

> sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments

> time to write it all out
No prior experience with meditation or journaling is needed; this is a welcoming space to simply show up as you are.
Our wish is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
Yoga mats and props (bolsters, blankets, eye cushions) are included in your booking.
Please bring:
your journal/paper and pen (pen & paper is also available at the studio if you forget :)
